Quality Testings

Every single hose assembly is hydraulically tested at 1.5 times the working pressure. Pneumatic testing is also being carried out whenever necessary. All raw materials bought from only reputed manufacturers and these are regularly checked from external inspection agencies for physical and chemical properties and below that u can put certificate and put this line also below certificate – Third party inspections are being regularly carried in our factory by independent inspection agencies like DNV, Lloyds, and BVQI etc.

Every raw material from Strip to End Fittings is subjected to PMI test and later Spectro anlaysis as is shown in below pictures.
