Stainless steel flexible hose assemblies should be installed in the right manner to obtain satisfactory service and longer life. The sharp bending near the end connection stressed and twisted mounting and excessive fatigue is the main causes of premature failure of the assemblies.

Installation Precautions:-

• The hose must be installed without axial compression or extension, ensuring that it aligns with the longitudinal axis of the pipe system.
• Avoid applying torque during the installation process. The hose assembly should not be twisted. Instead, utilize two wrenches to prevent twisting while tightening the fittings.
• Avoid making sharp bends while unwinding or installing the hose.
• Ensure that you maintain the minimum bend radius to prevent premature failure.
• Prevent the movement of the hose in multiple planes.
